West Central Elementary went into a Code Yellow precautionary lockdown this morning due to a report in the area near the school. Police investigated and determined everything was all clear and safe for the school, staff, and students, and a Code Orange all clear was then issued. At Rome City Schools, the safety and well-being of our students, staff, visitors, and community stakeholders is our top priority.
